Since 1978, Exacto Tool Co. LLC specializes in producing close tolerance dimensional molds, surfaced tooling and fixtures. 

An example of the type of tools we focus on are for components of seatbelt retractor mechanisms. 

Due to the complexity of the tooling we build, our customers ask that we leave critical areas in a “steel safe” condition. 

Our customer then cycles the tool and performs layout and inspection on the parts.  

The “steel safe” areas are then EDMed to final size and location. 

This process allows us to deliver our customers the highest quality mold with a short lead time.  We build prototype and production tooling for molding presses up to 350 tons.
